A standalone creative table brought directly to your party location for hands-on fun without a full party setup.
A: All Luxperience offerings are designed for children ages 1–12. Activities and styling are tailored to be age-appropriate for your child’s group.
A: Each setup is designed for up to 10 children. If you’re expecting more guests, please inquire — additional accommodations may be available.
A: Full-Service Luxperience Parties are hosted at our curated partner venues, selected for privacy, safety, and child-friendly amenities.
A: Creative Activity Tables and Bundles can be set up at private homes, rented venues, or approved locations. Please include your event address when submitting your inquiry so we can confirm logistics.
A: No. Luxperience provides full setup, styling, and breakdown, but parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and managing guests during the event.
A: Luxperience provides a styled dessert display only when included in your package. All desserts, snacks, and drinks are supplied by the host.
A: Digital invitations are included with Luxe Full-Service packages. Other offerings focus on styling and activity experiences.
A: We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and package.

A: Children get to keep the finished arts-and-crafts items they create during the Creative Activity Table experience. However, shared tools and materials used to create the activities are not keepable and remain the property of Luxperience.
A: No. All décor, displays, signage, furniture, and styling elements are not takeable and must remain on-site. These items are part of Luxperience’s curated inventory.
A: No. Luxperience handles all setup and cleanup to ensure proper styling, safety, and care of our equipment. We kindly ask that guests and hosts do not assist with setup or breakdown, as this helps prevent damage or breakage of items.
